We always dispatch orders either on the day we receive them or the next day even through the very busy Christmas period. However, our carriers are facing significant difficulties at the minute because of the huge volumes of parcels this year and as a result it is taking them approximately 2 days extra to get parcels delivered.
All orders taken at present will still be delivered well in time for Christmas but if you require fast (or even super-fast) deliveries then we recommend that you buy our most popular products on Amazon. Links to the various products on Amazon are as follows:
For all orders to mainland England, Scotland and Wales the delivery is free. For shipments outside the UK Mainland, please email us for cost of shipping.
When a credit card or PayPal is used as a payment method then orders will normally be dispatched on the same day or the next working day after we receive the order. When other payment methods are used please allow approximately 7 days from receipt of order to dispatch.
If you have an urgent need for dispatch on the same day as the order is placed then please telephone us (01406 371684) and we will do everything we can to help you.
We use Yodel as our carriers and usually deliveries will be made next working day if ordered before noon. If a customer is not at home when the delivery driver calls he will usually put a note through the customer's letterbox suggesting that the customer telephones to arrange a convenient time for the delivery driver to return. Alternatively, arrangements can be made to leave the order with a neighbour.
Provided that we have a valid email address for you, we will send you an email to let you know as soon as your goods are dispatched. The email will contain your Interlink tracking code so that you can track the progress of your parcel on-line.
