When a credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout is used as a payment method then orders will
normally be despatched on the same day or the next working day after we receive the order. When
other payment methods are used please allow approximately 7 days from receipt of
order to despatch.
If you have an urgent need for despatch on the same day as the order is
placed then please telephone us and we will do everything we can to help you.
We use Yodel as our carriers and usually deliveries will be made within 48 hours after we despatch. If a customer is not at home when the
delivery driver calls he will put a note through the customer's letterbox
suggesting that the customer telephones to arrange a convenient time for the
delivery driver to return. Alternatively, arrangements can be made to leave the
order with a neighbour. Please note that orders need to be signed for unless you
give us contrary instructions. For shipments outside the UK, please email us for
cost of shipping.
Provided that we have a valid e-mail address for you, we will send you an e-mail to let you know as soon as your goods are dispatched. The e-mail will contain your Yodel tracking code so that you can track the progress of your parcel online.
Goods may be returned to us for up to 7 days from date of receipt. Please
inform us before returning goods and we will then acknowledge this. Post and
packing costs cannot be refunded. Any goods returned must be unused and in their
